3How the switch-over works

• 1. Review & proposal. We confirm mailboxes, your domain and where your email lives now.
• 2. Provision. We set up the mail server and mailboxes.
• 3. Connect the domain. DNS, SPF / DKIM / DMARC and TLS.
• 4. Migrate. Your existing mail is moved across.
• 5. Test and sign-off. Mail flows, authentication passes, and you're happy.
• 6. Cutover. We switch your MX records and verify mail is arriving on the new system.
• 7. Monitor and support. We keep watching after go-live.

You can make the DNS change yourself with the exact values we send, or give us temporary access and we'll do it.
